School Assignments
These are some assignments that I've done for school that I feel proud of. If you are interested in the course and date associated with a piece, view the HTML source. The information is encoded just above the body of the document.
Please be informed that this is not a repository for free completed school work. It's a mechanism for displaying what I'm proud of, not of supplying others with stuff so they don't have to do the work. All material on this site is the work of Stephen Rintoul. No one else may present it as their own. If I have a suspicion of any kind that these pages are getting that type of use, I will immediately remove them from the internet.
- Videography - This is work from a class I'm taking right now at East Chapel Hill High School. As a part of the class we've produced a number of videos, and some of them came out looking quite nice.
- Timeline of My Life - Another autobiography I did in ninth grade. Sadly, parts of it are better written than much of what I turn in today. It incorporates some of the same episodes as the 12th grade one. There is also a power point presentation to go with it.
- How to Deter Crime - An essay I wrote for AP World on how to deter crime. Notice the assignment was not about how to reduce crime, only to deter it. I couldn't help myself, and wrote a closing paragraph about reducing it without deterring it, but the majority of the paper is a terrible plan for dealing with crime. Lest you think me a wacko, I insist that you read the final paragraph, even if you become digusted with the rest of it before you get to the end.
- Autobiographical Sketch - Just what it says, although with a certain interesting perspective.
- Exxon Spoof Page - A spoof of Exxon.com that I did for my English class. I found it awesome enough to put up here, too.
